Crisis Management Considered as Change Management

Abstract

The publication discusses questions of present interest related to the harmonizing of the decisions in the field of crisis management and change management. During their functioning the organizations need to solve problems of different kind: building a modern information-communication system which supports the process of decision making; timely discovering the symptoms of the forthcoming crisis; predicting the amendment in the consumer demand; reaching proactive decisions for change, etc. Thus, the organizations increase their capacity to cope with crises by properly synchronizing the decisions made in the whole managerial system. The effective management assists the organizations in solving the most important tasks related to its successful functioning under change conditions.
