The New Face of Private Banking Customers

Abstract

The fundamentally changing attitudes and needs of customers in recent years have put the business of banking institutions to a serious test. The field of "Private banking and Wealth management" is no exception to the general trend. Under the influence of a number of global trends, customer expectations of the banking platform in this sophisticated banking area are steadily increasing and predetermining its future development. This article looks at the most important changes in the private banking customer profilå and the possible responses of credit institutions.
