Abstract

The paper presents Organizations for Consumer Protection in Bulgaria. Attention is given to their role in modern conditions of growing digitalization; the need to synchronize Consumer protection policies with rules of the European Union; the modern requirements for greater interaction between consumers and institutions on the one hand, and on the other hand - between the institutions themselves. Organizations for Consumer Protection give opportunities to citizens to participate directly in modeling and improving Consumer protection policy.
