Mechanisms of conflict management in public relations

Abstract

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of conflict interaction in the field of public relations. We prove the importance of mechanisms in the occurrence and resolv-ing of conflicts at the local level. The emphasis is placed on the specific mechanisms of conflict management, which should cover all manifestations and stages of conflict interaction.
