Civil Society Development: Mutual Obligations and Mutual Responsibility between the Main Participants in Social Dialogue

Abstract

The publication presents the results of theoretical and methodological studies on the issue of civil society development in the context of mutual obligations and mutual responsibility between the main participants of social dialogue. The place and role of trust within the political and legal issues regarding the development of civil society is defined. The article concludes regarding the coordination of the rights and obligations of the state and the citizen in the light of the considered topic.
