Abstract

The article is dedicated to the issues of training, development and improvement of the budgeting system of commercial banks in modern conditions. The paper examines the main trends in the development of the banking sector in the Republic of Moldova, analyzes the external and internal factors that hinder the development of commercial banks. The authors of the article reveal the essence and role of the budgeting system in the development of commercial banks in the Republic of Moldova investigate the content of the bank's budgeting system, analyze the elements of the budgeting system, which allow considering this system as a continuous active process of solving commercial banks problems. The study of these issues is of practical importance, because the efficient management of commercial banks requires an efficient budgeting system, which will allow commercial banks to achieve higher financial results.
