Abstract

The financial market responds to a wide variety of regulations that should ensure good functioning. But there is always a gray or black area, an underground, a psychological underground, backed up by subtle and sophisticated techniques, which endangers investor confidence and, worse, regional or global financial equilibrium. Our study evaluates several Market Manipulation mechanisms, through a conceptual instrument called Diffuse Economic Manipulation, and propose a fundamental, effective Solution only on medium and long cycle times; a solution that would ensure the sustainable relative Development globally of the Market, Stock Exchanges, and Financial System: Responsibility and engagement through awareness of community-global values
