Abstract

A proper administration of the military organization is guaranteed by the work of the military manager at peace time. In the operational theaters, an effective leadership is needed at each and every level of the Armed Forces, concluding in a higher adaptability rate in any given environment, dynamism and concentration of efforts, cohesion and stability and ultimately, a more competitive organization. This article also analyses the adaptability of the continuously changing leader under the above mentioned circumstances, the methods used and the given accomplishments, pointing to the particularities of the military manager and leadership.
