Abstract

Paper purpose – The main purpose of this paper is to find some economic strategies for a sustainable development. First we will try to find the necessary conditions for a sustainable enterprise and last but not the least we will try to develop a new type of management, the green management. Approach/method – Research method consists of bibliographical research, internet resources consulting and discussions with stakeholders. Findings – To achieve a economic sustainable development, the organizations must change fist, their own environment by creating a sustainable environment. Also,they must to change their own management, by adopting a green one, which correspond to the three dimentions of sustainable development: economic dimention, social dimention and ecological dimention. In this respect these companies need to make changes to their own departments like: human resources, marketing, financial, production, research-development. Originality/value – This research is a useful starting point for any enterprise that wants to adapt to the demands of sustainable development.
