The Process of Public Governance of Investment Activities’ Infrastructure at Meso Level

Abstract

The research explores possible avenues to improve the processes of public governance of invest? ment activities’ infrastructure at meso level. Having adapted the methodology for modelling business processes in corporate governance, the authors develop a composition of elements of business processes of public governance of investment activities’ infrastructure within modern methodologies of Regional investment standard and Regional PPP standard. The researchers design and analyse models of business processes and determine the points of inefficiency of public governance processes of investment activi? ties’ infrastructure at meso level. The authors suggest an approach to improving the public governance processes based on engineering of a business process of monitoring and management quality control of PDCA cycle and develop methodological approaches to its implementation. The paper formulates principles of organisation and forms a model of information and communication platform, which is the main tool of the process. Finally, it proposes a methodology for prompt assessment of the quality of public governance of investment activities’ infrastructure
