Abstract

La recherche, par l’Union européenne (UE) et les pays ACP (Afrique, Caraïbes, Pacifique) , d’une coopération renforcée fondée sur des valeurs et des principes communs, relance actuellement les débats théoriques sur l’efficacité de l’aide au développement (AD). Notre approche s’inscrit dans cette perspective.
