Abstract

Le 19 janvier 2001, le Conseil européen a adopté les Lignes directrices et Recommandations aux États pour leurs politiques d’emploi en 2001. En mai, les États membres ont soumis leurs Plans nationaux d’action pour l’emploi. Publiés à l’automne 2001, le Rapport de la Commission sur l’exercice 2000 et les Plans 2001, les Recommandations aux États pour 2002 et les Lignes Directrices pour 2002 permettent de caractériser les grandes tendances de l’emploi et des politiques suivies ainsi que les ajustements à effectuer pour l’ensemble de la période 2000-2002.
