L’indépendance de la BCE à l’épreuve des politiques monétaires non conventionnelles

Abstract

Cet article a pour objectif de comparer brièvement les politiques monétaires mises en place par la Banque du Japon, la Fed et la Banque centrale européenne (BCE) lors de la dernière crise afin d’identifier la raison pour laquelle la BCE reste plus longtemps dans la zone problématique autour de la borne inférieure zéro (zero lower bound).
