Des Objectifs du millénaire pour le développement aux Objectifs du développement durable : quelle contribution de l’Union européenne ?

Abstract

En 2015, suite aux Objectifs du Millénaire pour le développement (OMD) dont le bilan est contrasté, les Nations unies ont adopté un agenda universel avec les Objectifs de développement durable (ODD) à l’horizon 2030. Premier donateur au niveau mondial, l’Union européenne a largement contribué aux OMD. Le passage de 8 OMD à 17 ODD, et le caractère universel de ces derniers démultiplient les besoins et imposent de se tourner vers des modalités de financement nouvelles à cette échelle.
