Abstract

It has been established that the development of land relations in Ukraine is marked by imbalance, lack of systematic approach and fragmentary changes taking place in the land-resource field. The strategic bases of economic and environmental regulation of land relations on the basis of sustainable development which provide a differentiated approach to creating plans for the development of different categories of land according to the level of socio-ecological and economic efficiency of land relations regulation have been are elaborated. Possible scenarios that determine the most probable multivariate forecasts regarding issues of land administration and the efficiency of land relations have been revealed. The directions of institutional support have been formed; the purpose, tasks and mechanisms of achievement and expected results from the implementation of the strategy of complex economic and environmental regulation of land relations have been defined.
