Abstract

Overall results of the increase of excise duties on alcoholic beverages and manufactured tobacco during 2007-2015 have been analysed and summarized. The structural changes and basic trends in domestic markets of alcoholic beverages and manufactured tobacco have been assessed. The recommendations on improving tax policy have been developed.
