It has been determined that formation of agricultural servicing cooperatives on the basis of private rural businesses will facilitate the increase of the level of concentration of financial resources to augment and develop the production and technical base of agricultural production. It has been proven that the institutes of public-private partnership serve as promoters for activation of entrepreneurial activities in unfavourable for rural business conditions. They allow to combine the administrative potential of local authorities and resource and production base of agrarian businesses that will ultimately facilitate the increase of the investment attractiveness of agricultural production in the drainage area.
