Priorities of food industry enterprises strategic development

Abstract

In the article the theoretical and methodological approaches to strategic development of food industry enterprises in the context of Ukrainian manufacturers losing usual foreign markets have been revealed. The author's approach to forming priorities of strategic development of food industry enterprises by entering into integrated entrepreneurial associations in order to save production and technical and labour potential of a business entity. Based on the analysis of changes of the dynamics of food and beverages production in Poltava region, the considerable prospects of activation of the processes of mergers and acquisitions as an imperative precondition to adapting for a new format of behaviour at foreign food markets have been revealed.
