Essence of audit of state resources as a form of financial control

Abstract

Nowadays we can observe the way social and economic development management changes in terms of state activity. These changes are related to the system of state finances in its all most important aspects, including macroeconomic stabilisation, strengthening of financial discipline, active investment activities of the state, openness of financial markets, and development of joint investments of the businesses and the state. That's why the work to establish the effective system of state control is underway. The state audit being a recognized form of control in terms of international practice is of particular importance during this period.
