Organizational and economic foundations of agrarian field development

Abstract

The paper deals with the contents and components, principles of formation and functioning, as well as the possible consequences of not addressing the major issues that form the organizational and economic principles of the agricultural sector in a decentralized system of government towards European integration of Ukraine. It has been proven that the agricultural sector refers to areas that are developing steadily and have significant potential for further growth. It has a strong natural resource potential and favourable natural conditions, favourable geographical position, the presence of ancient traditions and practices of successful development of advanced technologies. The main elements of the agricultural sector include: agrarian relations, agricultural market, agricultural production (farming), agricultural products and services, market and social infrastructure of rural areas, natural conditions and resources of agricultural production, rural population, governments in agriculture. A number of principles of formation and development of agricultural sphere have been distinguished: the complexity of use, restoration and protection of the natural resource base, uniformity and balanced development of economic participation in solving social and economic problems of communities, equality of legal forms of business entities, openness to involvement foreign and domestic investments, subsidies for priority areas of agricultural production, tax incentives for small and medium agribusiness availability of borrowing for renovation and modernization of industrial infrastructure.
