Application of structural changes method in the research of lease relations

Abstract

The dynamics of the concluded lease agreements number according to three factors is being analysed: the structure of payment forms, the terms of lease and the size of the rent fee. The linear coefficients of the structural changes were defined. The methodology of application of the structural changes for the analysis of the interrelations as to the intensity of the process of lease relations as well as the methodology of identification of trends of their further development have been proposed.
