The need to consider related costs when issuing consumer loans by special financial and credit institutions

Abstract

In the article it has been localized the range of special financial and credit institutions engaged in providing consumer credits. The options of typical manipulations on information support of consumer crediting have been presented. The sale of a package of banking services was referred to them. It has been structured the basic and variable components of consumer loans serviceability. It has been investigated the need to adopt the laws and make amendments to the existing legislation in order to facilitate the application of the same requirements imposed on the financial institutions when providing financial and consumer loans to private individuals.
