Methodology of estimation of export potential role in the economic development of the region

Abstract

In the article it is substantiated the system of methodological principles and developed the author methodology for evaluating the export potential of regional economic systems. That will determine how effectively the export potential is used in the regions. It is defined the place of decentralization as one of the ways of increasing the use of export potential in the regions.
