Causes, Effect Sand Tools Counteraction Of Conflict Of Interest In Fiscal Practice

Abstract

The article reveals the essence of the conflict of interest between the taxpayer and the fiscal authorities with determination of prevention directions and the ways of solving. The article covers the grouping of conflicts in the corresponding groups with the formulas of their solution. It is proposed to divide conflict of interest to open and hidden forms with the establishment of mechanisms and deployment of their solutions.
