Conceptual Approaches To Economical Reforms In The Context Of Institutional System Changes In Ukraine

Abstract

The article describes essential differences between followers of the neoclassicism theory and supporters of state regulatory system in approach to economic reforms of transitional economy currently, existing in Ukraine. Three different scenarios of institutional transformation are covered, which according to western experts stipulate the level of the market transition of Ukrainian economy. It opens up the essence of institutional approach, as a methodology, basing on which the effective state politics can be achieved, according to Ukrainian reality. There is an accent on delimitation of two scientific approaches - institutional and institutionary. It is demonstrated a functional layout of changes of institutional system of the country. It is observed a national institutional environment as a system of changes, which functioning pushes the evolution of movement into proper direction; mastering knowledge; overcoming negative consequences due to changes; preservation of values from past heritage. It is underlined the fact that developed institutes are certain key to a positive shift of all social relationships.
