Abstract

We generalize the scientists' points of view to disclose certain provisions of systemic integrity and substantiate our own vision of development some theoretical - methodological principles of system orientation. Based on the systematic position of scientists we discover ambiguity in approaches and essence disclosure of the concept system. It is proved that the socio-economic systems main backbone criterion should be aimed on providing dynamic, strategic-competitive development of different organizational structures and humans' well-being. We develop our own definition of the notion of system where we consider the system as a set of interrelated and interacting elements that establish the system integrity and where each element assumes the properties of the system. According to such system comprehension prerequisites are created for providing in the time dimension and space equilibrium balanced system mobility as integrity to provide a synergistic effect. The proposed methodological approach towards disclosing the notion of the concept system and rationale the key systems - creating criteria will contribute to the validity of the management system and its subsystems, what will increase the management level of organizational units.
