Clustering Of Land Economic Systems

Abstract

It is suggested the structure of land cluster taking into account such kinds of activities as: producing, marketing, financing and insurance. Main characteristics of clusters in the sphere of land economic systems functioning are analysed. Some tendencies in the sphere of integration processes of land economic systems are highlighted and two types of integrated units are distinguished: agro- holdings are units formed on the basis of great amount of capital as well as agricultural cooperative societies with some characteristics of land clusters and they are formed as a result of interdependent of small and medium agricultural producers. It is determined that there are two types of integration processes as corporation, cooperation and clustering. A very important problem of integration potential of Ukrainian land economic systems is that it is not used properly in land clusters forming in a form of agricultural cooperatives. The structure of organizational and legal forms of economy in agriculture is characterized. Distribution of farms due to their areas and amount of lands used by these forms of businesses are shown.
