Abstract

In this article organizational principles of introduction of computer-integrated control system by quality activity of enterprises and plumbing-sewage economies are considered. It is underlined objectivity of management of ecologization processes of enterprises activity and plumbing-sewage economy which provides an effective organizational transformation within the limits of existing control system, therefore, it's aims and development tasks, implementation of economic, social and ecological functions allow to perfect methodical approaches to form computer-integrated control system by quality activity of enterprise, namely, such criteria as design method. The technological standards and the composition of work are selected from the design of QMS; it is proposed the method of purposes structurization on the basis of existing enterprise problems; it is worked out the sequence of steps for achieving an effective functioning of QMS and classification of the modeled enterprise processes of QMS. For an effective introduction of QMS the sequence of stages and organization of works according to the standards of QMS ISO 9001:2008 in relation to the determination of basic development of QMS, requirements of internal auditing process are provided, thus, pre-certification, which differs from existing approaches, includes classifying of ecological aspects, programs of management that influences the environment, declining of risk of inevitable losses and an effective use of water resources.
