Analysis of monitoring results of the scientific organizations of Azerbaijan

Abstract

The article examines the policy of Heydar Aliyev in Azerbaijan including the state’s connecting with science policy, paying great attention to questions of stimulation of subjects of scientific and economic activity, application of achievements in production and commercialization of science. In article the role of the scientific organizations in formation of innovative economy, relevance of a problem of an assessment of scientific and innovative activity of the scientific organizations, indicators of their assessment is specified, results of poll which has been carried out for definition of innovative active organizations in Azerbaijan is analyzed. Results of sociological poll give an idea of a condition and activity of the scientific organizations. Received information presents possibility of the analysis of the Azerbaijani science. The scientific and practical value of results consists in possibility of their application in combination with the analysis of official statistical data in the process of improvement of the state of scientific and technical and innovative policy in the direction of more intensive use of scientific knowledge and achievements in interests of modernization of economy of Azerbaijan. Offered approach is capable to provide information integration of all subjects of the scientific organizations and to conduct complex researches of production, innovative and economical and administrative processes within the framework of science development.
