    Abstract

    The article defines the essence of motivation mechanism of strategic trading networks management, which emphasizes the role of human resources motivation in trading networks. The main motivators and demotivates of employees of trade networks are analyzed and it is estimated the force of their influence on workers in the process of strategic management.
