Abstract

Masalah perburuhan di Indonesia merupakan masalah yang sangat menarik dan selalu aktual untuk dicermati. Salah satu sebab yang menjadikan masalah perburuhan terangkat kembali ke permukaan akhir-akhir ini dan dapat disejajarkan dengan masalah-masalah nasional strategis lainnya adalah terjadinya gelombang pemogokan yang terus menerus dan bergantian antara daerah yang satu dengan daerah yang lain serta adanya kecenderungan meningkat dari tahun ke tahun.
