Pengaruh Gamifikasi Pekerjaan dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Enjoyment Karyawan Perusahaan Startup di Yogyakarta

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gamifikasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap employee enjoyment dengan motivasi sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengambil karyawan startup di Yogyakarta secara acak sebanyak 73 karyawan. Teknik perhitungan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dan analisis jalur. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara gamifikasi terhadap employee enjoyment dan kepuasan kerja terhadap employee enjoyment. Gamifikasi juga memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap enjoyment dengan motivasi sebagai mediator dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap enjoyment karyawan dengan motivasi sebagai mediator. Kata kunci: Gamifikasi, kepuasan kerja, kesenangan, motivasi ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of gamification and job satisfaction on employee enjoyment with motivation as a mediator. This research was conducted by taking startup employees in Yogyakarta randomly as many as 73 employees. The calculation technique used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis model and path analysis. Based on the analysis results show that there is a significant influence between gamification on employee enjoyment and job satisfaction on employee enjoyment. Gamification also has an indirect effect on enjoyment with motivation as a mediator and job satisfaction has an indirect effect on employee enjoyment with motivation as a mediator.
