Abstract

Dalam kontek perbaikan dan tata kelola organisasi yang baik, dibutuhkan pengukuran dan evaluasi kinerja yang dapat membantu pihak manajemen untuk mencapai target kinerjanya secara maksimal. Tulisan ini bertujuan memberikan penjelasan terkait pengukuran dan evaluasi kinerja bagi lembaga pelayanan publik khususnya rumah sakit. Beberapa penelitian terdahulu memberikan gambaran riel terkait permasalahan-permasalahan yang terjadi terkait dengan pola pengukuran dan evaluasi kinerja di rumah sakit. Untuk itu, penulis mencoba merumuskan beberapa hal yang dapat diformulasikan pada bagian akhir tulisan ini dan dalam sebuah kesimpulan.
