Analisis Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Underpricing pada 1 Perusahaan Go Public di Bursa Efek Indonesia

Abstract

Salah satu strategi untuk mengembangkan usaha yang saat ini sedang berkembang adalah melalui penawaran saham kepada masyarakat luas. Pengembangan usaha dengan cara seperti ini membawa banyak manfaat bagi perusahaan yang bersangkutan, masyarakat umum dan juga perekonomian secara nasional dengan pertimbangan bahwa kasus penawaran saham terseout banyak dilakukan, maka kiranya perlulah kiranya topik ini dibahas.Penelitian ini menguji tentang analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi underpricing harga saham, dimana pada penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya masih berbeda hasilnya. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel data penelitian dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEl), yaitu sebanyak 36 perusahaan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya variabel reputasi auditor yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan, sedangkan variabel reputasi underwriter, umur perusahaan, skala perusahaan dan return on assets (ROA) tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan.
