Abstract

A través de una revisión documental, este estudio exploratorio busca determinar si lasprácticas relacionadas con sus colaboradores que reportan como parte de su acciónresponsable, las empresas peruanas que emiten reportes de sostenibilidad puedenconsiderarse prácticas de Gestión de recursos humanos sostenible. Para ello, se hausado el enfoque de los Sistemas de trabajo sostenibles como una aproximacióngeneral. Se encontró que algunas de las prácticas de gestión responsable de losrecursos humanos que ponen en práctica las empresas analizadas, abordan lasdimensiones de la sostenibilidad humana, aunque no todas las dimensiones sonabordadas en igual medida o con similar profundidad.
