Una neorreforma de precios en una economía con planificación central: el caso de la República Democrática Alemana en 1967-1971

Abstract

El propósito de este artículo es dar a conocer y evaluar la segunda reforma de precios que se efectuó en la República Democrática Alemana (RDA) entre 1967 - 1971. Esta reforma era, a su vez, parte de los experimentos en curso que se habían aprobado en las pautas de julio de 1963 para una nueva organización económica. El primer secretario del Partido Socialista Unificado recalcó la importancia de la reforma de precios al señalar en diciembre de 1965 que era la "política de precios...inherente en el nuevo sistema económico".
