Abstract

El presente artículo es parte de una investigación que el autor hizo para la División de Política Comercial de la Junta del Acuerdo de Cartagena que, entre otras materias, se encuentra abocada a la determinación de un arancel que se base en cierta protección efectiva que las distintas ramas de producción deben tener frente a la competencia externa.
