El ajuste del mercado laboral en una economía socialista en transición

Abstract

Las medidas claves de corto plazo para reformar el mercado del trabajo en Checoslovaquia son indexación salaria, desregulación de la estructura salarial y facilitar la habilidad del trabajo entre industrias. En un contexto de largo plazo, es también importante reformar las tradicionales instituciones responsables por la determinación de los salarios, al mismo tiempo que crear programas de compensación de desempleados.
