Abstract

Este trabajo analiza el impacto de la transformación digital en el empleo, partiendo de los cambios que la tecnología está provocando ya en muchas profesiones. Para ello, arte de la base del cambio de época que implican la nueva era digital y las tecnologías avanzadas, bajo la referencia del impacto histórico del progreso en su proceso de desplazamiento de la mano de obra desde el sector primario al secundario, con la revolución industrial y, ahora, desde el sector terciario de servicios a un nuevo sector sexario digital. Se trata el nuevo marco competencial para los empleos y la literatura sobre el impacto de la digitalización en los empleos del futuro, haciendo obligada referencia al rol del modelo educativo como vector de sostenibilidad en el empleo y a la oportunidad de los fondos europeos para la formación en competencias digitales de la sociedad.
