Abstract

El presente estudio, pretende revelar como los conceptos de globalización, innovación, gestión de proyectos, ventaja competitiva, tecnologías de información y comunicación, representan un enorme reto para las pequeñas y medianas empresas y de cómo los sistemas de información integrales ERP inciden en todos ellos.
