Victimization of women

Abstract

It belongs to the categories of victims with the greatest degree of vulnerability victim, along with children and the elderly. Of the forms of victimization of women's most common, unfortunately rape occupies a very important place. Currently rape in the Penal Code provided for in Article 218. After Mina Minovici there are four groups of rape. Another form of victimization of the woman is ill or killing them by the husband. In this way, the new Criminal Code created a special called domestic violence offense under Section 199 of the Penal Code.
