The importance of studying criminology in criminal sciences

Abstract

Criminology is par excellence one of criminal sciences, which completes in a happy business of preventing and combating crime. Its importance results from its area of concern, namely criminology is the science that deals with the discovery and explanation of criminogenic factors. It is purely descriptive and explanatory utmost, and sometimes predictive. While, criminology has gained many followers, who by their findings continuously contribute to the development of criminology as a science. Its study is mandatory by those who are in the service of good and justice!
