Abstract

Le transport maritime presente une importance strategique pour l'Union europeenne en raison de sa contribution significative au developpement du commerce international, de l'emploi, la securite d'approvisionnement, l'independance economique et leurs effets sur les industries (construction de navires, les activites portuaires etc).
