Several major issues on deepening state-owned enterprises reform

Abstract

This paper evaluates the situations that state-owned enterprises (SOEs) reform in the new round are likely to be happened, proposes theoretical innovation will play an essential role in the current deepening SOEs reform; and emphasizes several important issues that need to be taken to help ensure the success, including: clear objectives and important tasks; exploring different ways of implementing SOEs reform; to further improve the state-owned capital management system, and so on.
