Abstract

This practice note seeks to explore how an indigenously-led consortium of national and international organisations has engaged conflict sensitivity in its triple nexus programming, with a special focus on advancing durable solutions for internally displaced people and how the consortium leverages partnerships to ensure conflict-sensitive programming. It will use the Durable Peace Programme, an EU-funded initiative in northeast Myanmar as a case study. The note shall provide reflections on learning to date about conflict-sensitive practices and tools, especially in light of the Myanmar Military’s seizure of power in February 2021 and the COVID-19 pandemic.
