Motivatia Si Comportamentul În Schimbarea Organizationala

Abstract

Starting from expectation theory of Vroom, based on investigation from 89 made by same Romanian industrial company, was elaborated a model which pull in evidence the relation between personal motivation and behavior for organization change. The model allowed behavior anticipation explains not only behavior potential but also effective behavior register in all working process. It join the philological approach of motivation based on perceptions, and large approach of motivations through effective compensation of behavior expected in organizational change.
