Abstract

Le concept de carrière professionnelle est très discutè dans le management des ressources humaines et il n'existe pas une dèfinition officielle. Elle est une partie importante de la vie d'un individu, qui est liè du travail, mais qui se développe dans le contexte de la vie générale d'une personne. Dans notre pays, dans l'étape actuelle, la réalisation d'une carrière professionnelle avec le succès a des nouvelles valences et elle est une investissement importante de l'organisation.
