Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Firma TRUMPF hat ihren Servicebereich innerhalb des letzten Jahrzehnts auf dem Weg zu einem globalen Lösungsanbieter im Bereich von Werkzeugmaschinen und Lasern stark ausgebaut. Aus einem Engagement in der Halbleiterindustrie entstehen nun neue, intereßante Ansatzpunkte, das globale Service-Netzwerk zu optimieren. Dieser Artikel beschreibt die für die Leistungßteuerung von Dienstleistungsnetzwerken relevanten Besonderheiten des Servicegeschäfts in der Halbleiterindustrie und grenzt diese vom klaßischen Servicegeschäft im Werkzeugmaschinenbereich ab. Darauf aufbauend werden die Potenziale beschrieben, die sich für TRUMPF im klaßischen Servicegeschäft aus den Erfahrungen in der Halbleiterindustrie ergeben.
