Abstract

Zusammenfassung Prof. Dr. Ulrich Schreiber hat am 29. August 2015 sein 65. Lebensjahr beendet. Nach dem Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre an der Universität Mannheim mit dem Abschluss als Diplom-Kaufmann (1974) war Ulrich Schreiber Doktorand und Assistent von Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Otto H. Jacobs. An der Universität Mannheim folgten auch die Promotion zum Dr. rer. pol. (1979) und die Habilitation für Betriebswirtschaftslehre (1985). Von 1985 bis 1999 war Ulrich Schreiber Professor für Betriebswirtschaftslehre, insbesondere Betriebswirtschaftliche Steuerlehre an der Universität Hannover. Seit Oktober 1999 ist er Inhaber des Lehrstuhls für Allgemeine Betriebswirtschaftslehre und Betriebswirtschaftliche Steuerlehre an der Universität Mannheim. Ehrenvolle Rufe an die Universität Bielefeld (1985), Universität Duisburg (1986), Universität Regensburg (1991) und an die Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (1995) hat er abgelehnt.
