Abstract

Zusammenfassung Personalmanager in Unternehmen stehen mehr denn je vor der Herausforderung, mit Wandel umzugehen. Der Beitrag stellt dar, wie Personalmanagement auf episodischen, kontinuierlichen und disruptiven Wandel reagieren kann. Auf Basis der Erfahrungen des Verfassers im operativen Management bei der Lufthansa AG, Personalmanagement der Continental AG sowie der Telekom AG wird dabei exemplarisch dargestellt, welche Reaktionsmöglichkeiten es gibt. Zudem verdeutlicht der Beitrag die Schwierigkeiten der handelnden Akteure, in Krisenzeiten gewohnte Pfade zu verlassen.
